ORDERING
Select the item you wish to purchase by clicking on the “add to cart” icon next to the product description. Click on the “view cart” icon for a list of the items you have selected. To complete the purchase of items added to your cart, click on “check out”. After this you will be asked to fill in your credit card details. Your purchase will be finalised and registered once you have pressed “Confirm order” and your credit card details have been confirmed by the issuer. After confirming your purchase you will receive an e-mail with an invoice. Danish sales tax is included in all prices displayed on the web site. Customers with a delivery within the EU will be subjected to the full price. For customers outside the EU (including Greenland, the Faroe Islands, Norway, and Switzerland) the sales tax will be deducted from the price and the tax will be calculated and collected according to domestic rates and rules. Marianne Dulong has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

PAYMENT AND SECURITY
Marianne Dulong accepts the following credit cards: Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, Master Card, Maestro, JCB, and American Express. Marianne Dulong is licensed by the PBS to use the above-mentioned methods of payment. All submitted credit card details are encrypted with a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol which ensures that the information is transmitted securely without anyone else having access to it. Your credit card will not be debited until your order is dispatched by Marianne Dulong. Nothing but the amount you have confirmed in connection with the purchase will be charged. You can refuse payment when you receive your bank statement. In the event of misuse of your credit card by a third party there is no own risk for you when shopping in a web shop using the SSL protocol.

DELIVERY
Please allow 6-7 days for delivery. In the event of a delay you will receive notification via e-mail.

SHIPPING All shipments are handled by the Danish Postal Service as insured mail. The standard price for shipments within Denmark is 185,- DKK. For international shipments the standard price is 485,- DKK.

COMPLAINTS
If you have any complaints regarding your purchase, please return the item along with details of your purchase and a description of your reason for complaining to the web shop address. If the package has been visibly damaged during shipping when you receive it, you should refuse to accept the package. In case of damage to the items during shipping your purchase will be replaced free of charge.

RETURNING GOODS
If the goods delivered are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, Marianne Dulong shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing at the web shop contact address of the problem within 14 working days of the delivery of goods in question. Any expenses regarding the returning of goods must be borne by you. Please return the package in the same condition as you received it.
